What I do at a glance
01
Plan it!
I plan and coordinate content to ensure that important messages reach the right audience at the right time through the right channel(s).
If needed, I’ll initiate internal reviews to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where there’s room for improvement. If it’s time to rethink your mission, vision, or values, I also run workshops to help align and inspire everyone.
02
Digitalize it!
Over the years working in internal communications, I’ve been part of digitalizing the workplace to make it easier for people to connect and communicate no matter where they are or what team they’re on. I’m a certified UX designer and use Design Thinking to create and adapt digital channels, like intranets, so they actually work for the people using them. I can also help with the change communication that usually comes along when new digital tools are introduced.
03
Post it!
Whether it’s a monthly newsletter, an article, or a longer report you need, I’m ready to help craft clear and engaging content even when the message is complex. I take a journalistic approach, which means I skip the nonsense and dive right into the important stuff. Together, we’ll plan a content calendar and meet for weekly or monthly newsroom-style check-ins to review what’s working and fine-tune our efforts.

My (work)
history.
In short.
I have a master’s degree in business communication from Aarhus School of Business & Social Sciences (now part of Aarhus University), but I’ve never really seen myself as the academic type.
Since 2017, when I first moved to Germany for a job in Düsseldorf, I’ve built up a solid track record in internal communication. Over the years, I’ve worked as an internal communications specialist, internal community manager, and content marketing manager.

My approach has always been hands-on, driven by curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. My curiosity and entreprenurial spirit has allowed me to get involved in projects such as co-authoring the Communication for Start-ups books, and to become a certified UX designer. I have also taught myself graphic design along the way.

With experiences that bridge communication, branding, design, and user experience, my approach is solution-oriented, strategic, and above everything, human-centric. As a communications consultant, I work with you to create smart solutions that engage employees and support your business goals.
